Pricing

Pricing that scales with how much runs through it.

Platform pricing, annual, by organization. Builder seats for the people who author and govern. Viewers are unlimited and free, always, because a system of record nobody can read is not a system of record.

Why these numbers

Three anchors, stated plainly.

You already pay more for worse

Process mapping consultants run £500 to £10,000 per process map. A 50-process engagement is a six-figure project that is stale the day the deck lands. FLOW maps it with AI, keeps it alive, and costs less than the consultants did once.

Benchmark the right budget line

Document control alone in a regulated QMS runs £100k+ per year. FLOW sits in that budget, not the diagramming-tool budget, because it does the governed part: sign-off, versions, audit trail, review tracking.

Failed automation costs more than a decade of FLOW

Gartner expects over 40% of agentic AI projects to be cancelled by 2027, and the named cause is missing process clarity. One cancelled program burns more than ten years of Manage. FLOW is the layer that keeps the program alive.

Six questions, straight answers

Why no monthly plan?

FLOW is a system of record. Systems of record are annual commitments because the value compounds: versions, audit trail, analytics history.

What is a builder seat?

Anyone who creates, edits, or approves processes. People who read, search, and follow processes are viewers, and viewers are free without limit.

Is SSO extra?

No. We sell to compliance buyers; charging extra for the security checklist is a tax we refuse to collect. SSO and the audit log are in every paid tier.

Can we start small?

That is what the pilot is: one department, 90 days, real success criteria, and the fee credits to your annual contract.

What moves us from Manage to Execute?

When you want work moving through the processes, not just truth stored in them: live runs, scanner events, partner handoffs, agents executing steps. Manage is complete on its own.

Do partners we work with need licenses?

No. Partner execution uses scoped grants tied to your Execute contract. Your partners work their steps without buying anything.

The numbers are out loud. Now see it run.

Bring one SOP to a 30-minute pilot session. Leave with it living in FLOW.
